Information we collect

Information you submit. When you request an estimate, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, phone number, email address, the city your home is in, whether you own the home, and details about your project (scope, timeline, budget range, and any notes you add).

Advertising and usage data. If you arrive from an ad, the form also records standard campaign identifiers (such as Google click IDs and campaign parameters) so we know the ad brought you here. Our pages use Google Ads conversion measurement and Google Analytics, which set cookies and collect usage data such as pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location. Ad-personalization signals are disabled.

We do not collect payment information, government IDs, or health information on this site.

How we use your information

By submitting the estimate form you agree that Flenn may contact you about your project by phone, text message, or email. We don’t add you to marketing lists, and we never sell your information. To stop text messages at any time, reply STOP.

Who processes your information

We use a small number of service providers to run these pages: Tally (form processing), Google (Ads conversion measurement and Analytics), Amazon Web Services (site hosting), and Google Workspace (delivery of your request to our team). Each processes your data only to provide its service. If Flenn is ever part of a merger or acquisition, your information may transfer with the business under the same protections.

Data security and retention

Your request is delivered directly to Flenn’s own systems, and we keep it only as long as needed to serve your project inquiry and meet legal requirements.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information you submitted. Contact us and we’ll take care of it.

Cookies and tracking choices

You can control cookies in your browser settings and opt out of Google ad cookies at adssettings.google.com. The estimate form works either way.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and its effective date.
