Using this site
This site exists to tell you about our remodeling and building services and to let you request an estimate. You agree to submit accurate information and to use the site only for that lawful purpose.
Estimates and project agreements
Submitting an estimate request is not a contract — it starts a conversation. Any project we take on together is governed by the written agreement we both sign, which is where our Estimate Guarantee, On-Time Guarantee, and Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty are formally set out. Content on this site describes those guarantees but does not replace the signed agreement’s terms.
Content and intellectual property
The content on this site — text, photos of our work, our logo and brand — belongs to Flenn Custom Homes and Remodeling and may not be reused without our written permission. Customer reviews are quoted from public Google reviews and belong to their authors.
No warranty of site content
We work to keep this site accurate, but it is provided “as is.” Details of services and scheduling are confirmed in your estimate and project agreement, not by this site.

How we handle the information you submit is described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
