Straight answers
Questions homeowners ask us
If yours isn't here, ask — you'll get the honest answer either way.
How long does a whole-home remodel take?
It depends on scope — a cosmetic refresh moves much faster than structural changes. What we promise: you'll get a written schedule with your estimate, and our On-Time Guarantee means we keep it, with quick resolution when the unexpected shows up.
Do we have to move out during the remodel?
Not always. It depends on how much of the house is in play at once. We phase the work around your life where we can, and any water or power interruptions are scheduled with you in advance — never a surprise.
What happens if you find problems behind the walls?
In older homes, we sometimes do — rot, dated wiring, old plumbing. When it happens, we show you exactly what we found, explain your options in plain terms, and price the fix before touching it. No surprise invoices.
Is the estimate really fixed?
Yes — that's our Estimate Guarantee. The price you contractually agree to is the price you pay. The only thing that changes the number is a change you ask for.
Should we remodel or just move?
Honestly: if you love your street, your schools, and your neighbors, remodeling usually wins — you skip selling costs and keep your community. If your plan doesn't pencil out, Greg will tell you that too. That's the point of an honest estimate.
Do you handle permits in Williamson County?
Yes. We manage permitting, engineering, and inspections end to end. You won't be chasing paperwork.
